The Student Version gives the kids the opportunity to
participate in hands-on activities while learning about the elements.
The Student Version contains (12) hands-on periodic charts
(with atomic numbers only) printed in black on white 11"x 17"
index stock.
The patented Alexander Arrangement of the Elements presents to the student a learning aid in a natural,
logical form of unprecedented clarity.
The significant integration of the Rare Earth and Transition elements, usually found in a remote location on standard
charts, is the most useful feature for teaching students. And of course students are motivated by the unique & attractive shape!
is
The construction of the 3D Periodic Table Student Version has been made easy because of the die cut slots and tabs.
Instructions are also included so you can hang the constructed 3D Table for as a mobil.

Each chart carries only the atomic number in each of the boxes. Entry of other data and color coding of the
groupings is part of the participation activity of the student. Also, an instructor might use several
of the Arrangements to illustrate different types of element groupings.
Because of the above three main improvements, the 3D Periodic Table Student Version
presents to
the student a learning aid in a natural, logical form of unprecedented clarity.
The resulting 3D Periodic Table form has three parts looping outwards from a central point.
The elements in Groups
0, Ia, IIa, IIIb, IVb, Vb, and VIIIb are in the narrowest and tallest part, which forms a tube in the upper part,
topped by a `crown' of Hydrogen. From the lower part of this component the sides branch to a more lengthy loop showing
groups IIIa, IVa, Va, VIa, VIIa, VIII, Ib, and IIb. From the lower half of this, a third, and longest loop protrudes,
the f-block.
