OPTICAL ILLUSIONS
This month I thought it would be fun to just sit back, relax and look at amazing optical illusions. The page is designed so that you will only see one image at a time. After you complete the page, go to Super Science Fair Projects Blog and write one optical illusion science fair project idea. The best idea will win a gift certificate from AllPosters.com or have $20 deposited in their parents paypal account ... if you live outside the U.S. or Canada.

2008 SCIENCE FAIR CONTEST
What can you do to contribute to the Green Movement? Are you a runner. Here is an idea that came from a newsletter from FleetFeet Sports:
How about starting a campaign in your school to turn the water off while brushing your teeth? Can you image what would impact you can have in your community if every family did that whose child went to your school?
I don't know if you read about it or not, but Whole Foods, starting on Earth Day, will no longer use plastic bags. You will have to bring your own tote to their grocery store (unless you want to use their paper shopping bags). Have you found out yet how many trees are cut down to make 100 brown shopping bags?
Are you a runner or are there marathons happening in your community? Do you know that you can make your running green, too? How? by making eco-friendly choices -- from selecting sustainable apparel brands. How about approaching the committee who runs the marathons and ask them to only use recyclable products and volunteer to help bring those items to the recylcing center in your neighborhood?
Here is a site that only has Eco Friendly Products. How about doing a comparison between the biodegradability between the green product and a name brand product?
Are you fashion minded and at the same time into the Green movement. If so, here is a free download: Green Guide for Looking Good.
