What makes a difference in your life is the ability to take action to get results.

Once there was a young man who had been very poor. At 16 yrs old his mother kicked him out of his house. He lived in his car, used the 7-11 store as his address and phone number for references when he went to look for a job.

He attended a free seminar by the great guru of motivation, Jim Rohn. Jim was promoting his $5000 course. The young man approached Rohn with his best attitude and attempted to get a free scholarship to the course or work off the fee somehow. Jim refused.

So the young man went from bank to bank to get a loan. After being turned down numerous times he decided to look for a loan officer that was the motherly type. Somehow, with this strategy this 16 yr old, with no home and no real phone number got the loan.

1. Know your outcome (know what you want to accomplish) - clarity is power.

2. Get yourself to take action by deciding to do so.

3. Notice what you're getting from your actions. (are the results from each action getting you closer to your outcome?)

4. If what you're doing is not working, change your approach (action).

To save time and energy, use role modeling to accelerate the pace of your success:
1. Find someone who's already getting the results you want.

2. Find out what that person is doing.

3. Do the same things and you'll get the same results.

Actions for you to take now
1. Take out a piece of paper (not the computer) and write two decisions (actions) that you've been putting off doing, which, if you were to make them now, would change your life.

2. Decide and take action on these two decision immediately!
