Most people want to be healthy and do what is right for the environment, however, some people are still reluctant to buy organic foods because they don't understand the benefits offered by organic food. This is where you can help the world. Experiment with organic milk science fair projects and prove that organic food is worth the extra cost.

The first organic milk science fair projects that you can work with look at the nutritional differences between organic milk and regular milk. The nutrients that you will want to look at include vitamins, minerals, protein and fat content. If you want to advance this science experiment then you can demonstrate how the difference in nutrition, if they exist, can help to improve the diets of Americans or people in third world nations. This type of experiment works well for medicine-health science fair projects.

The second organic milk science fair projects that you can develop will look at the differences between the chemical compounds found in organic milk and regular milk. In this science project you will want to look for just regular chemical compounds, just contaminants or both regular compounds and contaminants. The purpose of this experiment is to judge if organic milk is truly a healthier option.

The third science project you can complete is to compare the taste of organic milk to regular milk. When setting up this experiment you will want to conduct two different taste tests. The first one will be a blind taste test to see if people can tell the difference between regular and organic milk. The second experiment will let people know that what they are drinking is either organic or regular milk. You can then see if knowing milk is organic impacts the person's opinion about the taste of the milk.

Another science experiment that you can complete is to compare how organic milk reacts to baking ingredients to how regular milk reacts to baking ingredients. The purpose of this experiment is to determine if organic or regular milk is more volatile than the other. You can also experiment with organic milk's reaction to enzymes and cultures and compare those reactions to regular milk's reactions.

The final experiment that you can complete is to explore which has a longer shelf life, organic milk or regular milk. The purpose of this experiment is to determine which milk product has more active biotics in it or to see which milk is more susceptible to biotic invasion. This can be a very fun, but stinky experiment so find a safe place to complete this experiment that is either confined or away from other students. A storage shed works well for this experiment.
