Good Environmental Science Fair Projects Take Blue Ribbons |
|
When you think about good environmental science fair projects, what springs to mind? If you have been following the news lately, then you most likely think about energy problems, fossil fuels and global warming. All of these topics make great science fair project topics.
I know we are talking about good projects, but what about opening up to the possibility of doing an unusual, dynamic, extrordinary, POW experiments? Are you ready to be blow away? Well, here you go... look below to find the link to the environmental pollution science fair projects that you can do with the Haze Monitor!

A good place to start when developing good environmental science fair projects is recycling. Recycling is one of the oldest environmental science topics around. Recycling science fair projects can include: composting projects, alternative use for used plastics and the evaluation of how much energy is saved or wasted recycling various types of materials.
Energy is another hot topic for good environmental science fair projects. Energy science fair projects can focus on solar energy, wind energy, water energy, biofuels or geothermal energy. You can design your science projects to evaluate the efficiency of various types of fuels, you can experiment with the design of alternative energy collectors or you can explore the latest advancements in renewable energy.
In addition to experimenting with various types of energy, you can also design your science fair project to focus on the efficiency of various types of renewable energy sources. For example, you can compare the efficiency of biodiesel engines to that of electric engines. Energy panel efficiency can also be experimented with.
Another great environmental science fair project is to study the condition of local ecosystems. For example, you can gather air samples, water samples and even soil samples and test them for pollution. For a more advanced pollution science fair project consider testing an area for pollution at the beginning of your research, then implement a clean up program and then test the area for pollution at timed increments to chart how your efforts improve the condition of the selected ecosystem.
Good environmental science fair projects need to be focused to be worthwhile. To create environmental pollution science fair projects you need to narrow down your topic to a very finite question. Then, develop an experiment for your science fair projects that answers that question. Now you are off and running to begin your environmental experiments science fair projects.
