The OWI-6573 Knight Invader III Car Kit makes for a fun, inexpensive, primary to intermediate grade science fair project.

Besides being a super race car, OWI-6573 KNIGHT INVADER III teaches the basic principles of gear mechanisms, electricity, plus it includes mini-construction projects and demonstrates 2-different modes of propulsion.

Included in this fire plug kit are mini construction projects. You will learn the basics principles of electricity, and be able to do experiments involving parallel circuits, series and (solar energy - sold separately). Included is a bulb and switch so that you can investigate simple experiments in conductivity.

On top of all that, the OWI-6573 KNIGHT INVADER III car kit creates a fun car that can propel off the starting line by itself. Any contender will have a hard time keeping up with it when goes into direct motor drive. KNIGHT INVADER III can secretly change its transportation mode to solar power (sold separately - see below).

No tools are required to assemble this kit.

    Experiment with Electricity
    Compare the brighness of the lamp, speed of the fan when the following connections are made:
  • Single cell

  • Two cells in series

  • Two cells in parallel
  • Experiment with Propulsion
    Experiment with various connecions and setups.

  • AA cell with motor or fan

  • AA cell in series with motor or fan

  • AA cell in parallel with motor or fan
