OWI007 Robotic Arm Wired Control!

Easy to Build the OWI007 Robotic Arm Wired Control
for Your Science Fair Projects!

Did you know that this award winning, easy to do robotic
arm trainer is the ultimate for doing a science fair project? Find out why....

(For Ages 10 and Up)

Five motors and five joints allow flexibility and fun
with the OWI007 Robotic Arm Trainer Kit
for your Science Fair Projects

The ROBOTIC ARM WIRED CONTROL teaches the basic robotic sensing and locomotion principles, testing your motor skills, as you build and control the Arm. You can command this unit with it's five-switch, wired controller with corresponding lights to grab, release, lift, lower, rotate wrist and pilot sideways 350 degrees. After assembly, observe the dynamics of gear mechanisms through the transperent Arm. Five motors and five joints allow flexibility and fun!

Recommended Accessories: For educators and home schoolers. You will find the Personal Computer Interface (optional) very useful tools.

Experiment Ideas
Determine the working specifications of a robot arm manipulator.
Compare the Robotic Arm Trainer to the human hand.
How much current does it take for a robot's arm to lift different weights?
Measure the degrees of freedom.
Maximum vertical and horizontal reach.
Control panel operations, differentiate.
For your project research: What is a robot? What types of robots are available - industrial, service, domestic.
