We have an online international science fair contest. Why don't you have your son enter that one?

My son is in year 11 here in the u.k (age 16) but they dont do science fairs here. He is studying chemistry and physics and I would love the school to get involved in projects like this.

Excellent work on this garden article. It makes for an interesting and thoughtful read. Keep up the quality writing. Myself i prefer to go the organic route. But I'm rather particular.

Great post, although no matter what anyone says renewable energy is the way of the future and in my opinion small jumps are being made forward, however it is interesting to consider where we will be in say 100 years or so!

I think what you son is doing is fantastic. We started a compost pile in the 70's. My children are now grown and they still talk about it. They are very eco conscious and my grandchildren are also.

My son is in the 6th grade and is just beginning to learn about renewable energy. He's become very eco conscience as well. Saving all our left overs for his compose garden has gotten a little out of hand though.
