Which Wire Conducts the Most Electricity?

Question: My 6th grader has to do a science fair project and she picked “which wire conducts the most electricity” she picked that because my husband is an electrician but we can’t figure out how to test this at her level. this is her project, we can help but it’s hers. any ideas?
