Classroom performance tested with science projects…

There has been a lot of debate since the passing of the No Child Left Behind Act about what is the best way to gauge student performance. While standardized testing has been used as the metrics for determining student performance, teachers know that these tests are not good metrics for performance. A better option is to utilize science fair projects and classroom projects to test students' abilities to apply what they have learned to a measurable outcome.
